Yup... He needs to submit quarterly's by Nov 15 under the New SEC Disclosure Rule or trading could be halted very quickly and then sent to the grey market where certain death is ahead. He is so far behind in financials it's a 100% he won't or better yet can't comply and his baby will be shut down for good.... SEC warned last year at about this time about the new legislation and like other scamming CEO's didn't take it seriously and now they find their scams are being halted in trading and then moved to the gray market... The SEC has halted and moved "droves" of these scams lately and the next batch of halts will take place soon after NOV 15 2020 date.
