capt@ Your mail is talking complete logic here - to an extent that makes you question what actually goes on in the halls of FDA.

Why this fact is Not already 100% implemented simply beats al kind of logic and responsibility of FDA - to the population of US.

The article were from December 19, 2018. And it does indicate 'just about total confusion on the subject at FDA (as I recall the FDA order to Teva 'to include an Updated Label' (just as insane) - happened in 2016.
