NO OPTION GRANTS UNTIL PDD & RETT RESULTS RELEASED

I don't want to see grants with a $4 strike price when this data is there and being held back from release. Release the results, let it set the price and then grant the options with a $20 strike price.

LAst round of grants were to produce these results. NO getting paid twice.
