Is this a change with TD? I have had it for years and I noticed last month I was also able to sell an OTC stock and buy with those funds the next day. I called and they said "funds must clear" without providing any new info.

I ask because I really want to sell a bit maybe tomorrow and get back in for more shares but I have been burned in the past by having to wait sometimes three full days and have missed the boat....
