With $PMPG-It’s coming-By October 11th

The layout of the DD in the TWO SEC documents makes it quite clear that SOMETHING MAJOR IS SET TO BE ANNOUNCED ON OR by 10/11 by SEC corporate action. One can expect the new management team to speak to its shareholders officially at that point. What’s amazing - 4 sessions away and so few shares here.

IMO - that might imply that by Monday/Tuesday of next week- a mega announcement will be made by a board of directors that already made it clear world with George Fuckin Foreman on a new debit card BACKED BY VISA- choosingindependence - and aimed at eliminating Student Debt.

THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM is heavily connected to both BISON- and CASCADE FINANCIAL- and clearly would have the financial where with all- to bring something substantial to $PMPG.

With a confirmed SEC FILER - 299 mil OS- 125 mil float - and since it’s not current - it can’t increase the OS. So- as this gets tighter and more shareholders hold - one can see the price begin to escalate even more substantially. This could easily see .05 /.10 /.15 + pps - especially with the right company or companies acquired or brought in etc.

OCTOBER 11th is a Sunday - that’s ONLY 4 sessions left - and technically - we might here something BEFORE that but it’s truly the date this new management team take effect and files their corporate action...

A Combined Schedule 14F/14C Preliminary Information Statement is concurrently being filed with the SEC to reflect that prospective change of control. The contemplated change of control will not be effective until at least 20 calendar days after the mailing of the Definitive Information Statement to be filed shortly.
