Faulk said his source (presumably a gov't employee) said, "within a few weeks." But that was back in September, I believe. I expect something to happen in March due to the gov't wheels turning so slowly.

For the record, I give Faulk no credibility. But he probably did talk to someone with either the SEC or DOJ.
