So many things all the way had seemed positive - for Amarin - and yet the SP have been killed - by this fault by US justice system.

Latest the fantastic Evaporate results - completely drowned in Appeal loss.

Right now what would solve almost everything Once and for all - would be the patents restored - at an En Banc hearing.

Given the amount of 'bad luck' for Amarin and shareholder so far - I'll allow myself to hope for that the next 12 days :)

Who can beat Singer and Marjac - but hearing has to be granted. If that happens SP will explode for sure.
