exwan@ This is probarbly the most debated subject in the time I have been on this board.

"Why did JT and Amarin - not settle with HKR - to avoid coinflip in Law case" (as many called it. BB - postes - and others).

And in Hindsigt just about 'any deal' would have been better than Judge Du invalidating the 6 patents - but that's HINDSIGHT.
