You are on to a number of details I know to little about to make any meaningful response.

What I do remember to have read about JT selling shares - is' that he has to pay taxes' - which is one reason. And being 'not a teenager' - did he buy a nice car and a beach house - I for one could easily understand that :)

I guess my main point is - that we are 'talking people here' - and I for one hate Sweet Talking Sales Machines - so also on that point - I much prefer types like John Thero (not overselling everything).
