First of all, I think that a lot of people are forgetting one huge thing: what matters to us as shareholders is the share price, not the legal outcomes. To that end, that is why I focus on the mismanagement which has occurred to date. A win means nothing if JT gets out ahead of the news and pulls the same thing as the approval and sets off another slide. A loss/denial means nothing if JT gets out ahead of the news and uses the GSK news to push the concept that the USA market is totally/mostly safe.
