Hikma and Dr. Reddy are much bigger companies - who quite certainly has a big number of lobbyists on their playlist in the US.

ANDA fight's - as the one against Amarin - is daily routine for their highly trained and paid bloodhound lawyers.

I'm 100% on Amarin's side here - just trying to put in perspective 'why this from the start' has been a much more difficult war to win - that many amateurs like me - 'not understanding the genetic Bio-Game in the USA' - expected.
