Risk reward for generics is at minimum weighed 3-1 stacked when factoring variables (time/litigation/treble) easy to warrant multiplier beyond.

I may not have expertise in the science/medical/legal side but risk assessment and risk modeling now you’re in my wheelhouse and risk reward of today’s events dramatically swings pendulum back to the good guys
