D728R - got hold of Roy. No such thing as merger with any company on horizon as far as I learned. Not much happening at the company. Very slim to no chance of new contracts, sales or deals so far and not anticipated in near future.
Your point of announcement of merger in Q4 is only a dream at this point that will not happen.
