Who put out the press release about the merger? From the Pre-14c filed yesterday, it contains the following:
Merger or Consolidation
The increase in the authorized shares is not related to any intent on behalf of the Company to engage in a merger or consolidation and the Company does not have any plans or proposals nor has it engaged in any discussions to engage in a merger or consolidation. (bold is my emphasis)

Just trying to understand if there is a spinoff company coming in or not.
