SpecialNeeds… just out of curiousity… were you one of the voices saying go to trial instead of settle? If so.. do you think the verdict was incorrect, or was there something that you missed?

Just trying to compare it to this situation.. I just don't see where anyone on the other side can think they're 'in the right' on this...so would like to know how the two compare.
