We are having conversations on a global scale that we feel will be bolstered by the fact that we also have signed an agreement with a US testing partner.

In other words, everyone wants certified test data before committing. I suspect the PO from India is similar. The "written" PO might even say, we will buy 50,000 units per month for 10 months to reach 500,000. We just don't know what the PO ramifications are or when/if it will ship or when/if it will be paid. The company had conversations with the contact in India. Based on that, they put up the date of Sep 26th for first international order launch.

The "launch" was the fact that the India contact had agreed to send them some type of written PO by Sept 26th. Wow, tremendous launch of a product without any testing validity or numbers as to how accurate the product is.

Just don't understand this as transparent, solid business dealings. What is said may be true, but how significant is it.

Why don't you submit for product testing sooner and then launch? Because previously, the test strip and meter configuration was not matching the testing results they needed. Why don't they even name the lab that will be testing the kit?

Now, we must assume, that by promising once again to have it tested in the US, they have it right. But because of the company's deceptive statements of the past, only test results released by the lab will have the necessary impact in order to believe that these POs will become real orders shipped and paid for.

So, for me, I still have to wait at this point.

It's also crazy that we don't have a SEC judgement on the Trading Suspension after over 6 weeks from the final submission of data.
