Laster, we can't predict short term stock price, but the fact remains that there are 2 major paths to riches; Insulated house-wrap and clothing insulated warmth.

When Home Depot cut 1/2 of the industry dominant player's store space and added Insultex, there was a reason. This is not even apples vs. apples because one is purely a house-wrap, and the other is a house-wrap with an insulation factor of R-6. The competition employed lobbyists to get a Govt. agency to challenge their independent lab results, and had like 5 years to show their own independent testing to negate it, and couldn't. A Federal Judge threw out the case. We have seen many times the Corporate Goliath trying to put out of business the little David. In this case cause more than a million dollars in legal fees.

The bottom line to me is, if I am paying for the building of a house, office, hotel, University or Government buildings, and I know there is a product far superior in keeping me warmer in the Winter and cooler in the Summer while saving energy costs for decades, I would call it building malpractice for the architects and contractors not to use the Innovative Design Insultex product.

The other major potential income source is to use the product for insulation of coats and other clothing. The US and Canadian Olympic teams used their coats for the Winter Olympics. Many other impressive Govt. agencies and groups enduring harsh freezing conditions picked IDIGEAR to keep the warmest.

The company made a smart move and got out of the expensive clothing manufacturing business and will sell it's insulation to makers. Why wouldn't you want a product that is warmer than any synthetic or even more expensive natural (down) materials. Think what a better fashion statement let alone much less bulkier the coats would be. The fact that the warmth greatly exceeds anything else should make these manufacturers come running to IVDN.

Joe singlehandedly has kept this company alive with the legal fees to keep the lights on. So thanks to him from the share-holders!

So the bottom line is if I was a major player in the house-wrap/insulation multi-billion dollar industry, and had documented proof that there is a product (I don't know how to calculate) many times greater than theirs, the smart thing would to either try to put them out of business--and that failed-- or buy them out for relative chump change. Personally to me at least double digit dollars.

So for now we wait to hear about hopefully the old customers like Lowes and Home Depot to name a couple, to have their lawyers make sure all is cool, and want to provide the best quality available, and I would assume many other new customers following suit.

I own this stock and of course am biased, but when you have not only by far the best product, but a completely unique disruptive technological product, in 2 Multi-Mult-Billion Dollar industries --If you build (produce) it, they will come.
