Regarding the Amounts ?, ... As In All Things WaMu' I revert to the signed Company's SEC Submissions ...

@ 01/31/2008, WMI had 882,557,330 common shares outstanding

@ with the 2008' TPG influx (dilution) WMI' had 1.7 billion commons, with the 1.7 billion commons listed in the original filing for chapter 11' (that's an important detail) ... at the 03/19/2012 Implementation of WMI's Plan 7, ONLY some 1.215 billion commons were able to be considered', (another important detail)

It was the WMI "Holding Company" That Filed for BK, Chapter 11 Reorganization and successfully REORGANIZED' ... so the WMI Common Share's are able to be tracked from pre-seizure 09/25/2008, thru the bankruptcy process and beyond through to the present tense WMIH-Corp ... (the recovering WMI preferred issued as Fixed Income (primary & secondary market) are not quite so easy)

... PAYMENT ... (everyone's question') for the original WMI commons, it will be by way of Interest Generated and legally held while the WMI "Holding Company's BK cases were completed (again, on 12/20/2019)

... If' ... ?, you consider the original numbers and then exclude the obviously released TPG shares, there were a minimal number of retail common shares actually released ... the reasons why ?, are known by the long time participants' ...

"A question for AZ Cowboy........"Back to the Past"....AZ, with your superlative DD, do you know how many 968ESC939 escrow markers are extant, and also, the number of shareholders that hold these markers?...I hold 195000 of these markers myself, and I am sure many on this board also hold these markers too....also, can you ascertain in what form payment will be made for these markers.?... that is to say, will they be stock in Coop?, cash (I doubt), or some other form of payment, if any....TIA......also, if any board members hold these above markers, please sound off with a post and list how many , so that we can get an idea as of how many are held by retail investors....Lodas"
