yep......forgot about that high tech end of the high tech Jets and stuff.....our DOD...has had these thoughts now for a while and they are no dummies.......Lock up the Rare Metals they don't want to go have to buy or beg or take them by force 15 years from now. self sufficiency is what trump wants and that is the new Mantra, just like energy.

complete self sufficiency for this century, or china will have them all.
