This is Michael Jennings, CEO of NGW. To all of you who have been following and supporting NGW thank you; without you we wouldn't be here.
From the summer of 2016 to today, the development of this Company from a concept/business plan into a thriving going concern has been a challenging and somewhat winding road... but now that we've reached a status of efficient operational equilibrium and momentum it's time to scale production and take this business to the next level. Furthermore, that we are in this position is a testament to the vision, focus, skill and determination of the entire NGW team; everyone from A to Z is committed to giving everything they've got to make this Company the best it can be...
Now getting to the point: I received and read the email sent by a group of you regarding our PR program, or lack thereof to be more accurate.
Let me address your concerns by first saying that NGW is a penny stock in share price only; penny stock is not in our DNA, our bones, our ethos, our outlook or our future...
What I mean by that is we have posted strong, consistent financial results this year with the high probability of continuing to do so for the foreseeable future (in my opinion).
Furthermore, we are 100% transparent about who we are and what we are doing and there is an abundance of information out there if you're willing to look.
In fact, from the operational standpoint, if there are local investors in the group I'd be more than happy to arrange for a tour of the flagship facility in Coalinga (send me an email). All I ask in return is for that person to submit a report back to the group through this channel with an objective, unvarnished opinion about what they saw.
Finally, we do not put out superfluous, overpaid, repetitive and do it for the sake of doing it PR... not under my watch. And until I'm on Mad Money with crazy old Jimmy Cramer you're not going to hear from us unless we have something material and newsworthy to say... period.
That being said, I want you, the group, to give me a PR grade based on all PR between now and our Q4 2020 financials announcement in mid February... so I'm asking for October through mid February to demonstrate what my vision for PR is, then I want a letter grade A to F.
Until then, I won't chime in very often but if there's a major concern among the active group please delegate one of you to email me with the collective position and I'll respond through this channel. That being said I'm always watching... so please don't hold back.
