Its simple, the entity was registered as WMIH Corp.WMIH Corp acquired NSM LLC and became its parent.Now the entity number is same as before, but only name is changed to Mr.Cooper Group Inc.That is why you enter the LEI, you get WMIH Corp.If you look at the history of the institute in the sec link i provided in earlier post, "formerly" WMIH Corp with the date of merger or name change.
And it was publicly announced in a press release.

Do not trust that there is two separate entities, thats all pure gas.
