That isn't correct. Altria could opt to skip phase 2 and 3 and start doing products ASAP. they can do phase 2 and wait and then do phase 3. they can do phase 2 and 3 all together or they can do nothing.

I think that is part of the problem people don't understand the complexity of the arrangement. Altria owns 24% of Lexaria nicotine no matter what. They also already have royalty payments ironed out on what would be paid to Lexaria if any products are created.
