Hmmmm, I have purchased over 50 of these 'Gizmos' over the last 10 years

I only had 1 problem out of 50 Devices. The on-off switch stopped working after 10 days use.

I called BIEL and they sent out a replacement.

The Amazon site for ActiPatch Knee has had 459 Reviews with a 4.1 out of 5 Stars average. These reviews are consistent with my experience in using ActiPatch for Back, Knee, Wrist, and Foot.
