That's way too cheap unless it's just for the current project. Current value of all the Mineral rights is well over a Trillion. I'd much rather have a JV with Barrick this would put us in the 50. PPS range. BO has been valued at 21. PPS. By some analyst. I just don't see after being de risked with a Federal Permit these guys giving away the Farm.
