No the LT expires on 3/21/2021 the 9/20/2020 date is the 6 months prior to the expire date which the LT need to file to extend it past the 3/21/2021 date. If no extension was requested then the LT is done on 3/22/2021.

The original expiration date was 3/21/2018 but the LT extended it to 3/21/2021 and that request was made prior to 9/20/2017.
