Did RG slip another 300 million shares into our share structure or was this a mistake? Seems every filing had mistakes and needed revision. Doesn't he proof read any of these documents before signing them?

ARTICLE IV
The total number of shares of stock that the corporation shall have authority to issue is one billion twenty million (1,320,000,000), consisting of one billion (1,300,000,000) shares of Common Stock, $0.000001 par value per share, and twenty million (20,000,000) shares of Preferred Stock, $0.000001 par value per share. The first series of Preferred Stock shall be designated “Series A Preferred Stock” and shall consist of ten million (10,000,000) shares. The second series of Preferred Stock shall be designated “Series B Preferred Stock” and shall consist of 5000 (5,000) shares. Until subsequent designation, the balance of the 20,000,000 shares of preferred stock shall remain undesignated.
