sts-hindsight is 20-20, NO ONE discovered this SIMPLE flaw in Mori--until after decision b/c it is not simple.

Your theory that amrn didn't "realize" Du would not go with pop. theory is no true--a lawyer must find ALL reasons to refute the prior art--not rely on one theory.
