Im in this till every thing gets worked out. Every thing you said makes sense. Things do get slow till the budgeting process is complete and funding for projects gets allocated and released. Nothing anyone can do about that. So, I-will wait.

Regarding not adding for 20 days - it is quite possible that we will get financials in oct. and I am happy with my holding, for now. But, that may change.

Need patience. This will happen.
