Amarin will ultimately have the patents restored

En Banc due by the 2nd, approval/denial by the 16th (is this correct?).

30 days from Sept3 is Oct 3rd, but I'm guessing they can't file on a Saturday, so that puts us at Oct 2. Then I thought I saw somewhere that the response is due within 2 weeks.

If they get accepted, do you suspect the generics pause their launch? Or Amarin will file an injunction?

I ask, because en banc is 9months to a year or more between when it's accepted and when a ruling is put out.
