"Why come back and announce it". "It would be easy to measure so if it is fraud".

Fraud does not seem to concern some individuals.

Ask your ten friends of their recollections of "new deals, mergers, contracts".

Remember the billions in the Flying Glob Contract. You wouild think that the "brains behind all this", could have come up with a better name than Flying Glob.....perhaps beyond the great man's genius capabilities though.
