postes@ I never vent into the debat on 'why Amarin did not settle' before Nevada case - so I don't know facts about it.

But looking back 'anything' would seem to have been better than this judge complete destroying the trust in Amarin.

So surely your right here - 'in hindsight' - any settlement would have been better for SP and value of Amarin :)
