Beckmann and doorMatt resigning in Aug'19 might make that a moot point.

Feels like it wasn't important for Yazbeck to address when he thought he had separation with others as CEO, but scrambled to cover the gap once it was all back on him, his golden parachute was paid and he knew legal cases were coming his way...with no backup to side step and 'take the blame'.
