BB@ Thanks ! Now i understand better why there is between 5000 - and 6000 thousand of these Patent Cases every year in USA.

It's a Fu**** Industry - moving billions and billions of dollars (as AMRN investors have just experienced) - and implying thousands of Lawyers and Judges in the enormous Juricitial apparatus of USA.

I in many ways hate EU and Europe - but in this one point - JURA - USA managed to make an even bigger mess of it than Europe (not something that happens often) :)

• 5000-6000 patent cases are filed each year in the United States.
• Two most popular districts for patent cases are E.D. Texas and D. Delaware.
