I look at it this way. They have done everything they can to lay out hints to people seriously following this company that there will be good news. They have told us all that the time frame for adding to our position is not indefinite. It seems like they just want to make sure that all you guys who have been supporting this company for a gazillion years will have the chance to add to your position and not get caught with the pants down. I might be naïve and my lack of experience with the management could be a problem for all you warriors who have been fighting for years. They didn't have to say anything about when they hope/expect TLD to be released. They could have stayed silent and surprised everyone with the news.
