They have twice mentioned a time period and both times it were not a definite time. They said "sometime after Labor Day" and "Expecting" to come out with data in Late September. Those are not definite terms. They are dependent upon outside factors that are not within their control, such as Flaskworks production line, the UK facility and Regulatory Agencies. They should not release any Data before those are somewhat certain. I agree that in an ideal world, they would at least come out with a PR that says something to the fact that they will not release TLD until they are in control of those issues, but they have hinted that they feel extremely confident that they have a winner, by getting financing, acquiring Flaskworks and submitted an LBA to SNO.
