And now we see that Dr. Kester is a principal in this new company. When i read his bio i am struck by how cutting edge his stuff is. I do not think you bring in a guy like this just to further the Fountain tech. His "stuff" is fresh. Something is up. There appears to be a plan.
My conclusion is why not exploit all three possibilities. License the Fountain tech, do a drink line, and let our new "mad scientist" loose. I have a feeling that Hovis is just a place setter, and that an operational CEO with pharmaceutical experience will be hired soon. Then Hovis can go work on bringing a drink to market, something he has done successfully in the past.
