Good morning Toof, Re: Questions..............

1) These Equal Weight ETFs were originally developed by Guggenheim Funds. The whole bunch were bundled and sold to Invesco maybe 3 years ago (?).

2) The "Watch %" column is the change in price/share since I started using them. The date was October 28, 2016.

3) The use of Equal Weight structured sector funds gives greater exposure to small and mid-cap companies than traditional cap weighted sector index funds. I tossed in XLG as a single "mega cap" position to stand on its own. History suggests small to mid cap companies out-perform large and mega cap stocks over the long term. They also might have slightly higher BETA than cap weighted equivalents.

4) At the time I switched, fees were comparable. They still are about equal to the average annual expense ratios of all sector ETFs. Not a bargain, but not a big difference from the average.

Best wishes,
OAG Tom
