Probably not...I did DD on Vascepa and thought this was a grand slam..I failed to do DD on Mngt...even though that would have revealed inexperience. I would have bought anyway...would never have thought that a miracle drug with such potential could be so radically destroyed by the people responsible for the navigation.
Since I posted I have been a huge advocate of settling..it was never worth the risk...you don't have to rehash it takes 2 to dance...it was AMRN's responsibily no matter what...and I believe they were caught in the euphoria of not losing...total inexperience...hence they were not flexible.
Having said that I'm the one who boughtand could have sold.

The most aggravating thing to me is finding a real Gem and the cutter and polisher really screwed it up..I just did not think the worse case scenario could have been this bad...
