ok so that's not true. If they move onto phase 2 then its only 4million. Phase 2 and 3 would be 11 million.

2nd if they pass totally they still own a stake in Lexaria nicotine and royalty payments are already defined if they use LXRP tech on a product.

3rd if they move onto phase 2 Altria gains more leverage with board appointments and North America exclusivity .

Are you aware Altria already has royalty payments figured out with Lexaria on products using our tech?
