Here is what i notice and most likely the SEC will also ...
The complainers here never understood the csi/sfor contract !
All the complaints about revenues etc .. the contract puts it very simple ! Csi will pay sfor a small percentage of their NET income ! Then it proceeds to define their NET income so people cant argue it !
Not a scam , just counted on ignorance .. they were smart imo . I saw it from the time the contract became public , along with dd determining acs formed csi same week .
Why does a private company form another private company to deal with a public company? Well .. with that contract it allows them to pay sfor AFTER their cost of business !
Common sense says sfor will get minimum .. no wonder waller acts as evp of acs ! Paid on both ends lol and totally legal . Why am i the only one ever to call out this obvious business tactic
