I am troubled by the thought that now if the Pascua Lama Chile project is closed for good this will have any affect on the court's decision to annul the original sale of the Villar Amerilos claims to CMN.

This action of course would support judge Kokisch's original ruling on the same action. We also know CMN/Barrick sued the judge over her decision.

There has always been some doubt on the courts handling of this case ever since Kokisch's decision was "registered" or was it??????????

They may decide what is the point in reopening this very large can of DOODOO?
