So the question would be,,When

When would the house vote, before or after new house members were seated,,,,I think that's noon Nov 3rd

Currently it's 26 to 22 favoring repubs

The House certifies the election on Jan 6

Inauguration is Jan 20th

In the past SCOTUS decided dates set by law must be adhered to, so if Trump tries the constitutional coup, the election of house members in this election may be all important
