Happy Sunday ?? OTC people. Have been a long term holder of this under the radar gem that’s on track for $11,000,000+ revenue in 2020, and the stock is still less than a penny/share.

A great shareholder call was hosted on 9/24 by CAVU Resources (OTC: CAVR) CEO Bob Silver, Sinacori Builders (a wholly-owned CAVR company) President Russell Sinacori, and former Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR) executive and current CAVR Board of Directors member Tim Samuels.

CAVR’s Q1 2020 revenue was $1.5M. They will post another >$1M quarter in Q3 and a >$8.7M quarter in Q4, totaling >$11M for 2020.

They have multiple multi-million dollar deals with 2 multi-billion dollar companies, Toll Brothers and TRI Pointe Homes. Board of directors member Tim Samuels comes from Ryan Homes, parent company NVR has a market cap of $14 billion.

In addition, the company has a social app, SoKu, coming to market soon, and they are partnering with Brad Lea and LightSpeedVT to launch an online education platform.

With everything this company has going on, the stock is a complete steal at around a penny imo.
