I was wrong when I thought each new contract announcement would pump the PPS by 10¢. The PPS was $0.70 at the time I wrote that. That was 4 contracts ago.

Maybe another 2 quick contract announcements can get the PPS back to $0.70.

I bought yesterday. Those shares are the only ones I own that are "GREEN".
