I guess it's just continuation of dilution.
we won't get any PR from those suckers.
Of course they'll try to make the offer appear more attractive hence they'll try to hype up pps to the max while at the same time the note holders will do their converting business.... kind of a catch 22 IMO.
result is that pps remains at 0.0003 or even below accompanied by high volume.
