I called the transfer agent. RBNW has not made any changes to the float (offering, etc.) public so they cannot confirm anything other than what we see. Either this is just the billion shares being sold into the bid at the offering price or some sort of accumulation with intent to push up the share price and THEN do the offering when price is stronger. Either way, manipulation is nothing new to any of us.
