We would know immediately, when the share price was much higher and the stock options would kick in, on form 4 the filer must report how many acquired and how many shares sold. Usually more shares were sold than acquired. I believe that's what HDG was referring to when he said they were selling shares in open mkt. Kennedy was relentless with his selling shares.
