Gamco, we also don't know when they will actively start the repurchase program. You can bet with how conservative IDCC is, if there could even be the hint of impropriety with a repurchase program like buying ahead of news it won't happen. The board meets at most monthly and this was just one of the things that was authorized at the most recent board meeting IMO. They could have authorized the buyback and stated something to the effect that the buyback will not begin until after a certain date as well as pre set prices. We can't read anything into this other than they are using the money in the bank to buy back stock. As you have pointed out we haven't a clue as to the timing or prices or much else.
