Ideally I believe we wanna find something which looks kinda like this (which just happens (happened) to be the famous Jim Dines #1 recco - on around this date, which was July 31st)
One month later - Perhaps he'll be right, altho I'm not too convinced
The longer-term the chart is, the more reliable the outlook can be
