They working on the insurance aspect of it as it clearly states in every article. It will not be hard to get either the govt or private insurance involved since covid testing gets priority over any other condition.

Most cases are like Zlatan Ibrahimovic. You see he tested negative yesterday but positive today. Which means that 15 min test is valuable and critical. We cant wait day(s) to find out. By then someone could have infected hundreds of people.

Also the "hall pass" is huge. Would allow covid-free spectators, tourists, visitors, and others to enjoy themselves wherever they please
